Where are you located?

Classen Urgent Care Clinic is located just west of I-35 on 4th Street in Moore, on the North side of the road. Our office is conveniently located in Moore, Oklahoma. We are proud to serve Moore, South Oklahoma City, Newcastle, Mustang, Yukon, Tuttle, Valley Brook, and surrounding communities.

How long is the wait time to see a provider?

Usually 20 minutes or less! We know your time is valuable. Our goal is to provide quality care as quickly and conveniently as possible. To do this, we have more staff on hand to meet patient needs.

During flu season, wait times may be a bit longer as we treat more patients than normal.

New patients’ initial visit will be slightly longer in order to fill out the required new patient paperwork.

Start to finish, we strive to make your visit no longer than one hour.

Can I check in online?

No. We strive to keep your wait time as short as possible by providing more qualified staff to render your care. We will see all patients in the order of their arrival and severity of their medical condition.

Can my minor child be seen here without a guardian?

Yes! We need the Authorization to Treat a Minor form signed by the child’s guardian in order to see and treat him/her.

Do I need to go to the Emergency Room?

Due to multitude of problems that sick children under 3 months of age could have, they truly need to been seen by their pediatrician and/or the Emergency Department.

Also, if you are experiencing any of the following life-threatening conditions, you should immediately call 911.

  • Severe bleeding
  • Chest pain of any kind
  • Head injury
  • Major trauma
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Severe abdominal pain

We have Nationally registered DOT examiners available on almost every shift, 7 days per week. No appointment needed!

We provide cost-effective DOT/DMV physicals to smooth your path to certification and get you on the road without delay.

Can I visit you if I was in a car accident?

Yes!

If you have been involved in a car accident, you will be taken care of at Classen Urgent Care Clinic.  We will bill your car insurance directly!

Billing and Payment

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, simply go to Online Payments and follow the instructions to pay your bill safely and easily online.

Can I be seen here if I have no insurance?

Yes! If you do not have insurance, are unable to use your insurance due to gaps in coverage, or have only Major Medical insurance, we have special discounted prices to help you.

What insurance plans do you accept?
